  • If you are worried about a retailer illegally selling vapes, do not confront them. This is for your own safety, let the authorities handle it.

You should report it to Trading Standards

  • your local council's Trading Standards team, who handle enforcement of vape regulations.

  • You can do this via the Citizens Advice consumer helpline:

  • Retailer's name and location

  • What you saw or bought (e.g. high-nicotine, oversized, no warnings)
