Weymouth 1-6 Wrexham: Weymouth relegated after comeback win for Wrexham

  • Published

Weymouth's relegation to the National League South was confirmed as Wrexham kept the pressure on league leaders Stockport with a 6-1 comeback win.

Tom Bearwish had given the hosts a first-half lead, but six goals after the restart turned the game around.

Jordan Davies equalised for Wrexham before Paul Mullin (2), James Jones, a second from Davies and Ollie Palmer saw the visitors pull away.

Wrexham move to within four points of leaders Stockport; Weymouth stay 22nd.
