This week you can

Learn how to draw Dennis and Gnasher and create your own comic book story.

Spending time in the garden or a visiting a local park is a great way to get some exercise over the summer holidays. However, it isn't always possible to get out and about so here are some activities for you to try at home.

Warm up with Rhys Stephenson with a routine from the inclusive Super Movers for Every Body collection.

Then, Dennis and Gnasher and get active as you run, dodge, jump and duck your way through the park with them in this Super Movers film.

Follow the on screen instructions to power the skateboard and find your way!

Here are some tips to help you learn your four times table and if you're feeling active, you can sing and dance along with the Super Movers to practise.

When the weather is nice, its a great time to get outdoors.

In green spaces around the UK, there are hundreds of different birds.

Head to your local green space to see how many different types of birds you can spot. This could be a park or wood or maybe your garden.

Next step is to learn how to identify birds by their song.

This weeks creative challenge is to write a short story focussing on building an interesting character.

A character is a person in a story.

What do they look like, how do they behave and what motivates them?

When you have finished your story, you could even enter it into the 500 Words competition.
