This quick and easy to make tapas dish is best served with fresh bread and plenty of sunshine.
Method
Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the sliced chorizo. Cook until crisp on both sides then add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cider and bay leaf to the pan and simmer gently for 15–20 minutes until the sauce is sticky. Add the salt and parsley, then serve.
