Ancient Rome's sinful city lost beneath the sea

Baiae was the Las Vegas of the Roman Empire – the place where the rich and powerful came to carry out their illicit affairs.

However, over several centuries, the city slowly sunk beneath the sea. Today, a team of archaeologists and engineers are developing some surprising new technologies to protect the underwater site for future generations.
